Vexve has once again been chosen as one of Finland's most inspiring workplaces. Recognition is given annually to the best organizations that have participated in the Eezy Flow's PeoplePower® survey. In the 2021 staff survey, Vexve received an overall rating of AA (good, scale C-AAA).

“A response rate of 92% and comprehensive development in all areas from commitment, leadership, performance to dedication are a testament to the strength of our most important resource, our staff, and our ability to win together. This is an absolutely positive and even confusing result during the long-lasting exceptional circumstances,” says Human Resources Manager Mirka Hautamäki.

In addition to the high level of dedication of the personnel, a good overall rating tells about the long-term and inclusive development of the company's operations.

“Development work continues. We use the survey results to jointly develop a new working model, with which we want to ensure smooth and productive work even after COVID-19. Each of our functions also names its own development targets based on the results. By working together, we also win together.”
