Vexve receives honourable mention in Teknologiakasvaja 2013 competition

Vexve Oy has been recognised with an honourable mention in the Teknologia 2013 competition for Finnish high-growth technology companies by the Finnish magazine Tekniikka&Talous. The first prize went to the mobile game company Supercell, which made Finnish industrial history with its rapid growth. The competition jury justified Vexve’s honourable mention as follows:
- This traditional family enterprise has successfully taken advantage of the opportunities presented by the global market. Vexve is proof that a Finnish company can compete with Chinese businesses, even in China, as Chinese buyers appreciate high quality just like buyers in other countries. The company’s presentation made a strong case for its growth potential and desire to succeed on the international stage.
Vexve CEO Lasse Mannola says the honourable mention is a testament to the company’s determination and long-term efforts.
- Success is not achieved overnight. Vexve’s story shows what can be accomplished with the right attitude and hard work. It gets you far, and we aim to keep going even further. We appreciate the award and will continue to tackle new challenges. There is no time to rest on our laurels. We must continuously elevate our standards in all areas of our business, Mannola says.
According to Mannola, Vexve has a bright future as a district heating and cooling specialist as long as the company keeps up its hard work and maintains its uncompromising attitude.
