Vexve's goal is to provide its customers with first-class customer service. The company got excellent results from last autumn’s customer satisfaction survey! Customers trust Vexve’s quality, fast delivery times and great customer service.
Vexve values every encounter with its customers and distributors. For this reason, Vexve regularly monitors customer satisfaction to improve its operations.
"In addition to an individual well-managed customer service situation, we want to ensure a good customer experience from the first contact to the end of the long-life cycle of our products," says Sales and Marketing Director Maria Kalli.
The customer satisfaction survey conducted last autumn included 500 respondents from more than 30 countries. Vexve collected positive mentions, especially about quality, customer service and response speed, as well as fast delivery times. Vexve received an overall grade of 8.60 (on a scale of 1 to 10). The figure is high, but not so high that there isn’t room for improvement!
“We have several ongoing projects aimed at improving the overall customer experience, one of which is related to multichannel reachability. In addition, we invest in the automation of routine tasks, which frees up time for service that generate value to our customers,” says Kalli.
