Following Vexve’s acquisition of BROEN earlier this year, Clorius is now joining the Vexve brand. This will give Marine & Offshore customers access to a wider product portfolio and deeper expertise.

Bringing together more than 80 years of experience in valve design and manufacturing, Vexve is proud to announce that Clorius is now joining Vexve’s strong product portfolio. This transition follows Vexve's acquisition of BROEN earlier this year.

“Clorius is a brand with a long history and strong reputation in the Marine & Offshore industry. We are very excited to become part of Vexve’s portfolio of trusted, high-quality brands,” says Yury Fetisov, Director of Clorius.

The transition further strengthens Vexve's position in the Marine & Offshore market by combining the complementary strengths of Clorius and Frese ­– two well-established brands with extensive expertise in the industry.

"While our customers will continue working with the same team and receiving the same high level of service, we can now offer them access to a broader range of products and even deeper technical expertise," Yury explains.

One of the first opportunities to see the new brand in action will be at SMM 2026 in Hamburg, where the Clorius and Frese marine teams will exhibit together at the Vexve stand (hall B1, stand 214).
