Vexve is the leading European provider of valve solutions for the energy sector and selected energy-intensive industries. Our Industrial segment brings together two of the most demanding operating environments in the world: power generation and the iron and steel industry.
Power plants and steel mills share a common challenge – processes that run at extreme temperatures and pressures, where a single valve failure can halt production or compromise safety. That's exactly where our expertise lies. We design and manufacture valves to exact client specifications, in full compliance with the required legislative and safety regulations, for some of the most punishing applications in industry: from steam extraction lines in power plants to hot blast mains running at up to 1550°C in blast furnaces.

Power generation
Gate valves
A versatile type of valve for various applications and working mediums, usable for a wide range of temperatures and pressures (from PN 2 all the way up to PN 630), ensures the safe closing of the flowing medium.
Extraction and other check valves
Special valves designed to prevent backflow of the working medium in the extraction pipeline at steam turbines – an essential part of any extraction and bleeding line.
Butterfly valves
Highly compact, almost maintenance-free valves that ensure closing of the flowing medium even in large dimensions (over DN 2000). These can also serve as turbine inlet valves and/or safety valves.
Ball valves
An extensive portfolio built for the most demanding requirements, including flows of up to 20 m/s where ordinary valves would face severe cavitation.
Globe valves
The most reliable choice for the toughest power operations, handling the highest parameters of temperature and pressure for both closing and regulation.

Hot blast valves
Shut-off valves for the hot blast main at blast furnace stoves (Cowpers), rated up to an operating temperature of 1550 °C.
Goggle valves
Enclosed type of goggle valves for gaseous media, safely shutting off flow in mains at blast furnaces, converters, or coke ovens.
2- and 3-lever valves
Lever valves for gaseous media are used in combustion air, gas and flue gas mains.
Safety valves
Self-acting shut-off butterfly valves for gaseous media that close or open in under 3 seconds, acting as an immediate safety shut-off.
