Tuure Stenberg joins Vexve's Board of Directors

- Tuure Stenberg has been appointed as non-executive director of Vexve Group Oy’s Board of Directors starting from May 28, 2025
- Tomio Pihkala steps down after nine years of dedicated service on the Board
Tuure Stenberg has been appointed as a non-executive director of Vexve Group Oy’s (“Vexve”) Board of Directors starting from May 28, 2025. Tuure has extensive experience from energy infrastructure industry and is currently serving as the CEO of Simap, a company focusing on centralised smart heating regulation systems.
“I am honoured to join Vexve’s board. I’ve followed Vexve’s impressive development for many years as a customer. The company plays a pivotal role in the energy transition, and I look forward to supporting its continued growth in mission-critical valve technologies,” says Tuure Stenberg.

The Board extends its sincere thanks to Tomio Pihkala, who steps down after nine years of dedicated service. During his tenure, Vexve’s revenues grew fivefold, and his valuable contribution was instrumental to the company’s success.
Following this change, the Vexve Board of Directors comprises Kari Lehtinen (Chairperson), Otto Kukkonen, Nick Adcock, Linda Pålsson, Markku Simula, and Tuure Stenberg.
