Vexve expands EPD coverage of its products

Vexve has obtained four more Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) to cover the main Frese product families. The third-party verified documents will help Vexve’s customers make informed decisions and promote sustainable development.
Vexve has obtained EPDs for the main Frese product families. The four EPDs provide independently verified lifecycle data developed in accordance with ISO 14025 and EN 15804 + A2.
“The addition of new EPDs is part of our continuous effort to contribute to green transition in district energy and documented sustainability,” says Anne Damm, Global Quality & Environmental Director at Vexve Denmark.
As sustainability requirements continue to tighten across Europe and globally, access to verified environmental data has become essential in project planning, specification, and procurement.
“The EPDs enable our end customers, as well as consultants, engineers, and developers, to make data-driven sustainability decisions.
The insights gained from EPDs will also help Vexve develop production processes and design valve solutions with a reduced carbon footprint, further helping customers achieve their sustainability targets.
“It’s our ambition to support our customers in meeting their regulatory and documentation requirements while continuing to deliver high-performance valve solutions that support the low-carbon future," Anne concludes.
EPDs are now available for the following Frese products:
- Frese flow and pressure control valves (brass)
- Frese hydronic control and balancing valves (ductile (cast) iron)
- Frese hydronic control and balancing valves (stainless steel)
- Frese sanitary valves and fittings
You can find all EPDs of Frese and Vexve products on EPD Hub by searching “Vexve” or by heading to Sustainability Downloads here on our website.
