Vexve has once again been chosen as one of Finland's most inspiring workplaces. Recognition is given annually to the best organizations that have participated in the Eezy Flow's PeoplePower® survey.
In the 2021 staff survey, Vexve received an overall rating of AA (good, scale C-AAA).

This is an absolutely positive and even confusing result during the long-lasting exceptional circumstances,” says Human Resources Manager Mirka Hautamäki.

“Development work continues. We use the survey results to jointly develop a new working model, with which we want to ensure smooth and productive work even after COVID-19. Each of our functions also names its own development targets based on the results. By working together, we also win together.”
