Every year at ARMATURY Group we monitor satisfaction of our customers.

The goal of this monitoring is to find out, how you see ARMATURY Group. The external company sent survey where you could evaluate how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with our company. We have the results, and we are happy to share them with you.

Above average result

“The evaluation was based on the answers of the customers, whatever they are satisfied or dissatisfied, and their comments. In the case of ARMATURY Group, the results were compared from the previous survey. The main indicator, which represents the average value of customer satisfaction with the products and service, on a scale from 0 to 10 turned out to be above standard for both companies.

Customers evaluate company ARMATURY Group in average of 8,84 points, which is better than in 2020. It should be noted that the average rating results at other companies are 7,74 points,” says Libor Kremel, Sales Director.

Satisfaction with whole Vexve Armatury Group

Other companies in Vexve Armatury Group are also doing their customers satisfaction monitoring. The survey was already taken in our sister company ZMK Technologies, where the results were also good!

ZMK Technologies customer score reached 8,42 points. Sister company Vexve conducted a similar survey in 2017 and 2018, and they plan to repeat this customer satisfaction monitoring this autumn.

You appreciate quality, reliability and professionalism

Due to the different size of companies, the number of contacted contacts is also different. While ARMATURY Group examined satisfaction at 418 contacts, ZMK Technologies had 321 contacts. At ARMATURY Group you mostly appreciate high valve quality, their reliability, professionalism and the friendliness of the whole company.

The most positive feedback came from Norway, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania. At ZMK Technologies is the technical competencies, cooperation and quality most appreciated.
