ZMK Technologies becomes Vexve GmbH

ZMK Technologies GmbH will officially operate under its new company name, Vexve GmbH, as of 1 November 2026. This change is part of our efforts to create a more consistent identity across the Group for our customers, business partners and employees worldwide.

The change concerns the company name only and does not affect the legal entity. The company’s VAT number, registered address, bank details and contact details will remain unchanged. All existing contracts, purchase orders and other business commitments will also continue to be fully valid.

We kindly ask our customers, suppliers and business partners to update the company name to Vexve GmbH in their systems and records. We thank you for the continued trust and look forward to continuing our cooperation as Vexve GmbH.
