First Avenue Mall is designed as an environmentally friendly, contemporary, European-style mall, with an indoor-outdoor boulevard and Arabesque influences.

The two storey development is stretched over nearly 50,000 m2 and comprises of more than 50 high-street retailers and over 15 restaurants and cafes.

First Avenue Mall is strategically located in the rapidly growing suburban area of Dubai Motor City overlooking the racetrack at Dubai Autodrome, which is a world-class motorsport facility.

Frese has supplied 308 Frese OPTIMA Compact PCIV for the air handling units serving the common areas and for the fan coil units in individual shops.
