ARMATURY Group a.s. is changing its name to Vexve a.s.
The company you have known since 2000 as ARMATURY Group a.s. has been operating under a new business name Vexve a.s. since 1 July 2026. This change is part of aligning the company names across the entire Vexve Group.
Only the company name is changing. The legal entity remains the same, and all other company details remain unchanged.
All existing contracts, orders and other contractual relationships remain fully valid. Likewise, bank account numbers and invoice payment terms remain unchanged.

Why is the company name changing?
The change is part of aligning the names of companies across the Vexve Group. It will strengthen our common identity and ensure a consistent presence across all markets and to make it easier for customers and partners to navigate across our international operations.
Is only the name changing, or the company itself as well?
Only the company’s trade name is changing. The legal entity remains the same.
Will the company ID and VAT ID remain the same?
Yes. The company’s registration number, tax ID, and other identification details remain unchanged.
Are the existing contracts still valid?
Yes. All contracts, orders and other legal documents concluded under the original name ARMATURY Group a.s. remain fully valid.
Is it necessary to sign contract amendments?
In most cases, no. If it is required on your side or if you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
Are your contact details, bank account information, or billing address changing?
No. All contact details, bank account information and billing address remain unchanged. We only ask that you update the business name in your records to Vexve a.s.
Are the contact persons changing?
No. Your business and technical contacts remain the same.
Will the email addresses be changed?
We changed the email addresses at the beginning of 2024, when our entire group started operating under the unified Vexve brand.
What do I need to change as a supplier?
Please update the recipient name on invoices and delivery notes to Vexve a.s.. Other details – address, company ID, VAT ID, bank account – remain the same.
From when should we start using the new name?
From 1 July 2026 please use the name Vexve a.s.
