As of 1 July 2026, our company ARMATURY Group a.s. officially operates under its new company name, Vexve a.s.

This change is part of aligning the names of companies across the Vexve Group, supporting a consistent identity for our customers, business partners and employees worldwide.

Only the company name has changed. The legal entity remains the same, and all other company details, including the company registration number (IČO) and VAT number (DIČ), remain unchanged. All existing contracts, purchase orders and other business commitments continue to be fully valid.

We would like to thank our customers, suppliers and business partners for their continued trust and look forward to continuing our cooperation as Vexve a.s.
