The new structure will comprise of three business segments:

• Gas (including oil and hydrogen)
• Power (including chemicals and other industries)
• Metallurgy

Libor Kremel has been appointed Sales Director, Gas business. AG´s sourcing and marketing teams will also continue to report to Libor.
Sami Leinonen has been appointed Sales Director, Metallurgy business. The Head of the Power segment will be announced later.
