Social responsibility

Our employees are central to our operations and development. We support their wellbeing through safe working conditions, fair employement practices and respect for human rights.

Our people and workplace

Our responsibility for people extends beyond our own employees to workers across our value chain. We focus on respecting human rights, fostering a fair and inclusive workplace, supporting employee well-being and developing the skills of our people.

  1. Human rights

We respect internationally recognised human rights and labour standards and integrate human rights considerations into our operations and value chain. Our approach is guided by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the International Bill of Human Rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, applicable legislation, and our company values. You can find our Human Rights Policy in the sustainability downloads section.

  2. Diversity, equity and inclusion

We promote an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees are treated fairly and with dignity. Equal opportunity principles guide recruitment, development, and career progression, supported by clear policies on non-discrimination and fair practices.

  3. Employee wellbeing

We prioritise safe and healthy working conditions and encourage open communication across our operations. Regular dialogue and employee surveys help us assess engagement and identify areas for improvement, strengthening a supportive and collaborative work environment.

  4. Skills development

We invest in continuous skills development to support employee growth and adaptability. Training focuses on job-specific competencies, health and safety, and ethical practices, while collaboration with educational institutions supports future talent development.

Health and Safety

At Vexve, safety is a shared value guiding our daily work. We focus on preventing work-related injuries and ill health through responsible practices across our operations and value chain. Product safety is an integral part of this approach, ensuring our products meet applicable requirements and perform reliably throughout their lifecycle. Our approach is supported by systematic safety management in line with ISO 45001:2018, together with dedicated safety teams, regular training, and active leadership involvement. Together, we work to strengthen a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility and wellbeing is part of how we measure responsible performance.

  1. Ensuring safe working conditions

Ensuring safe working conditions is part of our day-to-day management. We prioritise proactive measures and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards, supporting a safe and reliable working environment. Our long-term ambition is zero lost-time incidents, supported by safety training, safety walks, and work risk assessments.

  2. Safety culture

We foster a proactive safety culture built on accountability and open communication, where safety is seen as a shared responsibility. Our employees are encouraged to report near misses, take responsibility, and contribute to continuous improvement. Our Safety Vision – Safety is Priority #1 – reflects our shared commitment to safe and healthy working conditions.
